- 『沖縄法制史』とは、森賢吾・鈴木繁編、明治36(1903)年10月大蔵省発行の調査書である。首里王府時代と旧慣温存期の諸制度について記述している。内容は、沖縄の歴史、官位制度、地方制度、土地制度、租税制度、民事法制、刑事法制、内法制度、寺社制度、通商沿革、土地整理事業の影響、である。『沖縄法制史』は何度も再版されている。最初は、昭和初期に荒木書店から再版された。本書は、二度目に『社会経済史』(雄松堂、昭和9(1934)年9月)として出版されたものである。本書はガリ刷りで、50部限定発行の31部目である。(2017年4月13日更新）Okinawa Hōseishi was edited by Mori Kengo and Suzuki Shigeru. It is a report issued by the Ministry of Finance in October 1903. There are descriptions for the institutions of Shuri Ōfu period and of the Period of Preserving Old Customs. Its contents are; History of Okinawa, System of official ranks, Regional system, Land system, Tax system, Civil laws, Criminal laws, Customary laws, Shrines and Temples, History of the development of trade and Effects of the land adjustment work. Okinawa Hōseishi is republished again and again. At first, it was republished by Araki shoten(Araki book store) in the early Shōwa period. This book is the 2nd edition which was published as Shakai Keizai Shi(Yūshōdō, in September 1934.) This book is mimeographed edition and this edition was issued only 50-copy, it is the 31st copy of them. (Updated on November 4, 2022)
