検査報告事項解説 病床転換助成事業の実施に当たり社会保険診療報酬支払基金に剰余金として保有されている病床転換支援金について : 病床転換助成事業の実施に当たり、社会保険診療報酬支払基金に剰余金として保有されている病床転換支援金に含まれる国庫補助金相当額の有効な活用を図るために、同支援金の十分な活用について見直しなどを行うよう意見を表示し、及び国庫補助金相当額を含む病床転換支援金の一部を事務費の財源に充当している同基金の経理について見直しを行うよう指導するなどの是正改善の処置を求めたもの
