- 出版タイプ： VoR大学生のスマートフォン(スマホ)の使用状況とスマホ依存傾向における社会的スキルと孤独感との関連について検討し,スマホ依存の軽減に役立つ知見を得ることを目的とした。調査対象は,大学生205名であり,男性88名,女性117名で,質問紙による調査を実施した。対象者である大学生のスマホ所有率は,100%であった。スマホ所有の時期は,中学生・高校生の時期で約90%であった。スマホの1日における平均使用時間は,6.18時間であった。スマホ依存度について, 75%の者が依存と依存傾向にあった。「歩きスマホ」,「自転車に乗りながらのスマホ」ともに危険であるとの自覚はあるが,「自転車に乗りながら」よりも,「歩きスマホ」で操作する者が多かった。人や物にぶつかったり,ケガの経験のある者は,歩きスマホで15.2%,自転車に乗りながらのスマホで2.9%であった。スマホの使用状況では,男性は,目的を達成することに,女性は,特に目的はないが多くの時間をオンラインチャット等に費やしていることが伺えた。社会的スキル得点と孤独感尺度得点の関係は,負の相関関係のあることを認めた。社会的スキルが高ければ孤独感が低くなることを認めた。この現象は,男性より女性の方に強く現れ,一般的ネット依存の傾向にあり,社会的スキルが低い傾向にあった。社会的スキル,つまり,対人や集団との関係の中で発揮される相互作用の技能を培うことが重要である。その技能は,スマホのインスタントメッセージではなく対面でのコミュニケーションをしっかりと経験させることが必要である。|The purpose of this study was to examine the relationship between the use situation of smartphones of university students and social skills and loneliness in smartphone dependence tendency, and to obtain knowledge useful for reducing smartphone dependence. The subjects of the survey were 205 university students, 88 males and 117 females. The smartphone ownership rate of the target university student was 100%. The smartphone was owned by about 90% of junior high school and high school students. The average usage time of the smartphone per day was 6.18 hours. About smartphone dependence, 75% were dependent and dependence tendency. Although there are awareness that ”walking smartphones” and ”smartphones while riding a bicycle” are dangerous, there were many people operating with ”walking smartphones” than ”while riding a bicycle.” Persons who had bumped into people or things, or experienced injuries, were 15.2% on smartphones walking and were 2.9% on smartphones while riding bicycles. According to the usage of smartphones, it can be seen that male to achieve the purpose, female spend a lot of time on online chats etc. but not for purpose. It was recognized that the relationship between social skill score and loneliness score was negatively correlated. It was recognized that the higher the social skills, the lower the feeling of loneliness. This phenomenon was appeared strongly in female than in male, tended to be generally netdependent, and tended to have lower social skills. It is important to cultivate social skills, that is, skills of interaction that are manifested in relationships with people and groups. The skill needs to have a firm experience of face-to-face communication, not instant messaging on the smartphone.
