Note (General): 陰田宮の谷遺跡、陰田マノカン山遺跡は、陰田遺跡群内の丘陵に位置する遺跡である。今回の調査では、両遺跡は異なる丘陵、谷筋に存在しながらも、7世紀後葉の段状遺構という時期的にも性格的にも共通する性格を持つ遺構が検出された。これは陰田地区で7世紀後半に集落の移動分散が起こる状況を裏付けるものである。出土遺物からは転用硯や漆付着土器など官衙的様相が色濃く見られる。このうち特筆すべきは「酒瓺」、「夫」、「吉」の3点の刻書須恵器である。これらの文字資料は、遺跡周辺域の性格を考える上でも貴重な新資料と考えられる。
