一部自治体の教員・公務員の採用試験や、一部医大の入試において、倫理的・方法論的課題が十分吟味されないまま、心理テストMMPIが適性検査で利用されてきた実態と問題点を明らかにした。MMPI（縮小版のMINI-124を含む）は「テスト・スタンダート」からみて大きな逸脱がみられ、特に性的指向や性別違和・宗教・家族状況など高度のプライバシーに関わる質問が含まれ人権上問題であること、第5尺度（Mf尺度、男性性/女性性尺度）の妥当性に大きな問題があることを見いだした。
Psychological assessment MMPI (including MINI-124, its reduced version) is used by an aptitude test in a teacher and an official servant. It also used in an entrance examination of a medical college. There is no check on ethical and methodological problems. A big deviation judged from "test standard, was seen. one big problem is on human rights. MMPI includes questions on high privacy, as sexual orientation, gender incongruence, religion, and the family background. The second big problem is lack of validity on the 5th scale (the Mf scale, masculinity-femininity scale).
