• Note (General): 瑞浪超深地層研究所研究坑道の設計検討は、平成14年度に実施設計が、平成15年度に深さ300mまでを対象とした予備解析が、それぞれの検討時点までに得られている地質調査結果を反映して実施されてきた。本業務では、MIZ-1号孔の調査が終了し、深度1,000m付近までの地質データが得られたことから、これに基づき、地質モデル,岩盤物性・初期地圧などを見直すとともに、それに伴う修正解析(二次元)の実施,応力集中等が懸念される連接部については三次元解析を実施し、設計の妥当性を評価した。; Initial design of shafts and tunnels of the Mizunami Underground Research Laboratory was done in FY2002, and preliminary analysis of those of 0 to 300 m depth was done in FY2003 on the basis of geological survey results obtained then. We have recently completed boring of MIZ-1 borehole and obtained geological data to the depth of 1,000 m. In order to confirm validity of the design, we have reviewed geological model, rock property, initial stress and other characteristics and conducted corrective analysis (two-dimensional) on the basis of the new data. In junction of shaft and sub-stage (horizontal tunnel) (100 m and 300 m depth) where stress might be concentrated, three-dimensional analysis was done.
