Note (General)：: ターボ型真空ポンプの高速回転体をファインセラミックスや新複合材料等の新素材で構成する場合の技術的な問題と限界を従来の金属材料で構成する場合のそれと比較して調査した。これに基づき、核融合炉用の大型ポンプに使用することを前提に新素材の回転体への適用性を検討した。
