• Note (General): 高速原型炉の炉容器候補材としてSUS304,40mm厚板と延性改良を目的として製造された新日鉄及び神鋼製の手溶接及びサブマージアーク溶接材の照射効果を調査するための一連の研究が進められている。本報はこれら一連の試験中,最も基本となる受入材の引張試験結果をまとめたものである。試験結果をまとめると次のとおりである。1)SUS304,40mm厚板の550$^{\circ}C$における耐力及び引張強さはそれぞれ13.0$\sim$14.6kg/mm$\times$2及び38.3$\sim$39.2kg/mm$\times$2であった。2)溶接金属の550$^{\circ}C$における耐力及び引張強さはそれぞれ24.9$\sim$31.8kg/mm$\times$2及び354$\sim$37.4kg/mm$\times$2であった。3)550$^{\circ}C$における一様伸びは母材で34.0$\sim$35.8\%,溶接金属で16.3$\sim$23.5\%であった。この溶接金属の一様伸びは「常陽」材及び米国のCRE308に比べ高い値であった。4)母材はSUS304鋼の標準的な組織で,溶接金属はセル及びセルデンドライト状を呈しており,細粒の$\delta$フェライトを有する二相組織であった。; The candidated materials for reactor vessel, 40mm thick plate of SUS304 and weld metals improved the ductility which are fabricated by Nippon Steel Co. and Kobe Steel Ltd., have been investigated on the irradiation effect. For the first step, tensile tests of unirradiated specimens were performed. The results obtained are summarized as followes. (1)The 0.2\% yield stress and tensile strength of base metal at 550$^{\circ}$C are 13.1 $\sim$ 14.6Kg/mm$^{2}$ and 38.3 $\sim$ 39.2Kg/mm$^{2}$. And that of weld metals are 24.9 $\sim$ 31.8Kg/mm$^{2}$ and 35.4 $\sim$ 37.4Kg/mm$^{2}$. (3)The uniform elongations of the base metal and the weld metals at 550$^{\circ}$C are 34.0 $\sim$ 35.8\% and 16.3 $\sim$ 23.5\%. (4)The base metal has the standard microstructure for the SUS304. The weld metals have the cell and cell-dendrite structures, and contain fine $\delta$ ferrite.
