[目的] 高齢化する宮崎県民の人口動態や車生活による運動不足により、２型糖尿病患者の増加が顕著である。しかしこの問題を解決するための患者の生活実態を過程的、構造的にIT機器を通して把握する研究が未だ少ない。本研究において、血糖測定器、運動測定のライフレコーダー及び食事を把握するデジタルカメラなどのIT機器を駆使し、患者個々における療養生活パターンを明らかにし、患者と研究者の双方向性のTelenursingの援助のあり方の示唆を得た。
