Note (General): マイトファジーは、不要となったミトコンドリアをオートファジーを介して分解除去することで、ミトコンドリアの恒常性維持に寄与している。これまでの研究から、マイトファジーにはParkin依存的経路とParkin非依存的経路が知られているが、簡便で高感度の検出法はなかった。近年pH感受性蛍光タンパク質Keimaを用いたマイトファジー検出システム（mito-Keima）が報告された。本研究では、mito-KeimaシステムのParkin依存的経路・非依存的経路それぞれに対する感受性・特異性について、mito-Keima安定発現細胞株を用いて検討した。その結果、mito-Keima細胞株を用いた検出システムは、従来法に比べ高感度であり、特異性も高いことが明らかとなった。
