• 要約等: <p>免疫抑制・化学療法によりB型肝炎ウイルス（hepatitis B virus：HBV）が再増殖することをHBV再活性化と称する．HBV再活性化による肝炎は重症化しやすく，原疾患の治療を困難にさせる．発症そのものを阻止することが最も重要であり，日本肝臓学会からガイドラインが発行されている．近年，C型肝炎に対する直接作用型抗ウイルス薬（direct-acting antiviral：DAA）の治療中にもHBV再活性化の症例が認められており，注意が必要である．</p>
