- 出版タイプ： NAThe purpose of this study was to examine the actions concerning prohibition against the dangerous behavior in skiing. In order to determine the merit of the rules that related to the prevention of nuIsance in Nagano and Miyagi Prefectures were analized. They were established by law,and imposed legal controls on risky skiers. It could be considered that there is effect of protection against skiing accidents. However, most of the skiers have litt1e knowldge abut these actions. And there are no skier arrested for the infringement of the actions. Because it is a difficult situation to judge the skier offender before injured. It is necessary to survey the action relating to skier safety and skiing accidents.
