並列タイトル等Annealing behaviors of quench-deposited (KCL)1-x(PbCl2)x film studied by optical absorption spectroscopy
一般注記Quench-deposited film of (KCL)1-x(PbCl2)x with x=0.33(K2PbCl4) and x=0.66(KPb2Cl5), both of them have been shown to be in the amorphous state. They show well defined crystallization temperatures, 3147K and 303K respectively, as compared to 282K for PbCl2. The crystallization accompanies the increase of reflactive index, from 1.44 (amorphous) to 1.51 (crystal) for K2PbCl4 and from 1.79 (amorphous) to 2.04 (crystal) for Kpb2Cl5, As compared with a similar increase from 2.19 (amorphous) to 2.39 (crystal) for PbCl2, all determined at the photo energy of 2.952eV.
