並列タイトル等Luminescence of CsPbBr3 films under high-power excitation
一般注記Highly excited photoluminescence of CsPbBr3 has been measured for thin films prepared by crystallization from the amorphous phase into microcrystalline/ polycrystalline states. With the increase of excitation intensity, there occurs jumping of the dominant emission band from a free-exciton band to a new band originating from exciton-exciton inelastic collision. Stimulated emission is observed for the new band at very low threshold excitation intensities of the order of 10kW/cm2.
