並列タイトル等Transmission Properties of the Chiral Magnet CuB2O4 for Millimeter Wave
一般注記Transmission properties in the magnetic field have been investigated in an inorganic chiral magnet CuB2O4 Electron spin resonance has been observed in paramagnetic, weak-ferromagnetic, and helimagnetic phases of this compound. The magnetic phase transitions appear as the anomalies of the electron paramagnetic resonance of B-site. The small hysteretic dip shifts to higher field inside the helimagnetic resonance mode at B-site. The small hysteretic dip shifts to higher field inside the helimagnetic phase with decreasing temperature. The hysteretic dip dose not show any shift by changing the frequency. Moreover, the dip seems not couple to the oscillating magnetic field, but couple to the oscillating electric field of the millimeter waves. These characters indicate that the dip originates form some change of dielectric properties. We discuss a new type of multiferroic state in this compound on the basis of the coexistence of an antiferro-electricity and the helimagnetism.
