並列タイトル等Reconstruction of terahertz time-domain spectrometer
一般注記The step-scan type terahertz time-domain spectrometer (TDS) has been reconstructed into rapid-scan type TDS. The rapid-scan mechanism has been achieved by using both a rapid-motion type linear pulse stage for a moving mirror and a rapid readout type He-Ne laser interferometer to detect moving mirror stage position. Noise equivalent power, 100% line and knife edge measurements have been carried out to estimate the measurable wavenumber region, reliability and beam spot size at the sample position. We have also carried out spectrum image measurements of teeth and reflectance (transmittance) measurements of sapphire to demonstrate that both high resolution and precise measurements are now available with reduced measurement time.
