- 出版タイプ： NAGyrotron FU CW GII equipped with a convertor for a Gaussian beam has been developed at FIR FU. It is a sealed-off type gyrotron. It has been designed at oscillation frequency of 394 GHz with second harmonic TE8,3 mode. The convertor consists of a helical-cut launch and four mirrors.Performance test of the gyrotron has been carried out. Measured frequency and maximum window power were 393.4 GHz and 74 W,respectively for the designed mode. A Gaussian beam with a linear polarization is successfully radiated from the gyrotron window. It has been sent to Osaka University to be applied for DNP-NMR. experiments.
