並列タイトル等Development of microwave cavity for magnetic resonance measurements at ultra-low temperatures
一般注記Electron spin resonance (ESR) and nuclear magnetic resonance (NMR) measurements at ultra-low temperatures below 1 K and at high frequencies have been very important experimental technique for materials science concerned with electron spin, especially in the research field of condensed matter physics. Recently, a category "double magnetic resonance" experimental technique involving both ESR and NMR is considered to be a promising tool to give us new possibility of magnetic resonance, such as dynamic nuclear polarization and ENDOR. In order to construct a double resonance measurement system at very low temperature, we have started to develop a mirror-type microwave cavity in order that we can put additionally an NMR coil around a sample in the cavity. We report here on our current status of the development of the cavity.
