並列タイトル等Simplified Equations to Evaluate the Stress Intensity Factor of an Arbitrarily Located Circumferential Crack in a Finite Length Cylinder under Axisymmetric Bending
一般注記A set of simplified equations to directly calculate the stress intensity factor of an arbitrarily located circumferential crack in a finite length cylinder, under axisymmetric bending loads, were presented. They were derived based on the simplified method previously reported by the authors. The effects that the cylinder length and the crack location have on the value were illustrated by using the equations. The results indicated the necessity to pay attention on the effects of the cylinder length and the crack location, in evaluating the stress intensity factor of a circumferentially cracked cylinder, under symmetrical bending.
