並列タイトル等Prediction of Cavitation Erosion on Stainless Steel Components in Pumps
一般注記Research Committee on Cavitation in the Turbomachinery Society of Japan has discussed the prediction method of the cavitation damage with high accuracy. In this study, we compared fundamental data of stainless steels collected in the Subcommittee with the data obtained in our laboratory. The influence of material and liquid parameters on the scatter of the Subcommittee data was discussed. It was found that the scatter was influenced by high liquid temperature, kind of liquids, microstructure of components and operating life. We proposed the new prediction equation including these parameters, and found that the equation improved the accuracy of the damage prediction.
