並列タイトル等Characterization of Spherical Oxide Filler Synthsized by Spray pyrolysis
一般注記Spherical SiO_2 and Al_2O_3 fillers were synthesized by ultrasonic spray pyrolysis. The particles characteristics of these fillers were studied by SEM, TEM, XRD and a pycnometer. Crystalline state of both as-prepared fillers was amorphous. The morphology of SiO_2 fillers was maintained at up to 900℃. The morphology of SiO_2 fillers was changed co irregular shape after crystallization of cristobalile at 1100℃. On the other hand, the morphology of Al_2O_3 was retained after crystallization of a-alumina al 1100℃. By the surface modificalion of these fillers with a silane coupling agent, the composite materials of epoxy resin and fillers was successfully prepared. The Vickers hardness and thermal conductivity of composite materials were investigated. The use of fillers wilh a broad particle size distribution and spherical morphology led to an improvement in the packing fraction of fillers, Vickers hardness and thermal conductivity.
