• 要約等: To eradicate a labor disaster and to improve a working environment are looked for now. When analyzing the occurrence step of the labor disaster, many elementary disasters which the early stage step occurs to from the un-safe condition of the machine and the facilities at the factory occurred. In today, it results in the puberty step. The labor disaster often occurs in such cause of occurring when the un-safe condition which was made little and the unsafe act of the laborer overlap.. When seeing in the long-range viewpoint, a labor disaster is decreased but recently, the decrease tendency is dulling. The possibility to connect with the big labor disaster is high when leaving a slight labor disaster and a latent accident beforehand. The measure based on the attentive observation and the analysis is necessary. It is to be worried about in the movement which reduces the expense and the personnel to prevent from a labor disaster because the depression continues among long-range is seen by the part the business. also. It will examine this analysis about a lot of effects which the measure to prevent from the labor disaster which the business does brings about. It is the one which states a labor disaster about the extensive effect of the prevention thing in the business from this result of analyzing about the relation with the improvement of the productivity which is very important for the business administration and the article progression in quality of the product and so on especially..
