• 一般注記: 出版タイプ： VoR; type:text; 本研究は高校運動部活動指導者が望ましいコーチングを獲得するためのプログラム開発の支援とそれをサポートするライフスキルコーチの育成を目指した。2015年度は高校部活動の指導者と選手にライフスキル現状把握のアンケート調査を実施し, その結果からライフスキルプログラムを介入するという一連の調査を実施した。特にライフスキルプログラムの中でも「考える力」は時間がかかるが, 指導者と選手の信頼関係を構築するプログラムが重要であることもわかった。 2016年度は指導者向けの「コーチングのジレンマ」に関するシンポジウムを開催した。具体的な事例を挙げながら知見を重ねるシンポジウムはホームページを通じて発信された。 This study has designed for making the better coaching programs focusing on the high school- sporting club activities. The purpose of this study is to support the program developments of the favorable and effective coaching methods, and to cultivate the human resources who will be able to assist the programs based on the ideas of life skill coaching. The term of 2015(from April to the next March), the project had carried out the questionnaire research on the coaches and the players (both belong to the high schools of each). It has become clear that it is required much training time to develop the players' ability to think (included the feedback activities; to think, to act, and to find), and for the sake of desirable achievement, it is crucial to set the meaningful programs which will be able to build up the trustful relationships between the coaches and the players.
