• 一般注記: 出版タイプ： VoR; type:text; 本研究の目標は、循環器分野における Precision Medicine (精密医療) を実践し、大規模データベースの発展的な活用を行うことである。具体的には施設レベルでの診療実態や治療成績のベンチマーキングを行い、さらに主要な治療手技である冠動脈インターベンション (PCI) の潜在的リスクとされる出血・腎障害の予測モデルの構築や検証を行い、個別化されたリスクの提示を行っていく。現在、① 患者背景、② 冠動脈血管造影や PCI の術中情報、③ 院内予後・合併症、さらに ④ 退院後長期予後の収集を継続的に実施している。主要な院内予後に関するリスク補正式の現場活用への検討も行われている。 The purpose of the project was to utilize the large-scale procedure-based registry dataset to establish infrastructure for providing 'precision medicine' in the management of patients with coronary artery disease. We aimed to benchmark the performance of PCI (percutaneous coronary intervention; non-surgical procedure that uses a catheter to place a small structure called a stent to open up blood vessels in the heart that have been narrowed by atherosclerosis) for participating institutions, and build risk-models related to adverse outcome during and after the procedure. We have reported the baseline characteristics and clinical outcomes of patients who underwent PCI in the region (registered roughly 27.000 patients) and compared the information with the registries and database obtained in other countries.
