Corporate social responsibility is now a common term these days. Previous researches claims that there is a positive correlation between economic interests and ethical objectives in business operation in a long term. However, multinational enterprises (MNEs) face more difficult challenges of strategic management since they operate among different markets which have different ethical senses. This paper focuses on MNEs and their new system for global business ethics. First of all, the authors have built conceptual frameworks of the strategic ethics management. Secondly, the authors have attempts to show strategic approaches to the ethics management. These approaches allow managers to assess values of the goals financially based upon potential cash flows. Therefore managers can actually estimate cost-benefits of both business operations and business ethics accurately.
