• 一般注記: 出版タイプ： VoR; type:text; （１）デジタル化・インターネット化の急速な進歩によって、放送番組を従来通りの放送網で放送するだけでなく、インターネットを通じて同時配信・追っかけ配信・見逃し配信等することに対する社会的要請が強まっていた。しかしながら、同時配信等をスムーズに行う上では、著作権法上様々な課題が存在したため、それを解決するための立法的対処が求められ、文化審議会において検討が進められた。集中的に検討を行うために設置されたワーキンググループに参画し、そこでの議論に貢献した。議論を踏まえた法改正が現在進行中である。 （２）教育分野でのDXの推進と著作権法の関係について教育関係者に対する講演を行った。また、著作権法制のデジタル化・インターネット対応の現状と課題について、企業法務関係者に対して講演を行った。 （３）書籍のデジタル配信に関する著作権法上の問題について検討を行った。また、デジタルコンテンツの保護技術の実効性を確保するための著作権法の規定の歴史と現状と将来の課題について検討した。 （４）AIによって生じる著作権法上の問題（①機械学習の適法性、②AI創作物の著作物性、③AI創作による著作権侵害）について、司法修習生および裁判官に対する公演を行った。 （５）VR技術およびAR技術の進展がもたらす著作権法上の課題についての研究を開始した。 (1) With the rapid progress of digital technology and Internet technology, there is a growing social demand for simultaneous distribution of broadcast programs over the Internet. However, since there are various issues under the Copyright Act in conducting simultaneous distribution, legislative measures are required, and the Council for Cultural Affairs has been studying the issue. I participated in the working group set up for intensive study and contributed to the discussions there. A revision of the Copyright Act based on the results of the working group's study is now under discussion. (2) I gave a lecture on the relationship between the promotion of DX and copyright in the field of education to those involved in education. I also gave to corporate legal personnel a lecture on the current status and issues of copyright law's response to digital technology and the Internet. (3) I examined copyright law issues related to digital distribution of books. I also examined the history, current status and future issues of legal provisions to ensure the effectiveness of digital content protection technologies. (4) I gave lectures to legal apprentices and judges on copyright law issues arising from AI (① legality of machine learning, ② copyrightability of AI creations, and ③ copyright infringement by AI creations). (5) I started my research on copyright law issues brought about by the development of VR and AR technologies.
