• 一般注記: 出版タイプ： VoR; type:text; 自然災害が多発する我が国において、自力で避難できない高齢者等を支える介護従事者の災害対応力の向上は喫緊の課題である。そこで本研究プロジェクトは介護事業所が自然災害時に直面する問題とその要因の解明と、介護事業所の災害対応力を向上させるケース教材を開発することを目的とした。具体的には、①西日本豪雨で被災した事業所の事例研究、②ケース教材の開発、③介護従事者の防災対策の認知や防災行動についてのインターネット調査、④開発したケースを用いたワークショップの開催とホームページでの情報提供を行なった。 In Japan, where natural disasters occur frequently, there is an urgent need to improve the disaster preparedness of caregivers who support the elderly and others who cannot evacuate on their own. Therefore, the purpose of this research project was to elucidate the problems that long-term care facilities face in the event of natural disasters and the factors that contribute to these problems, and to develop case study materials that will improve the disaster response capabilities of long-term care facilities.
