• 一般注記: 出版タイプ： VoR; type:text; 193例の腎細胞癌におけるAXL/GAS6の発現強度でスコア化(AXL/GAS6 score)し、3群(low～int.～high)に分けた。淡明細胞型原発巣では、high群はlow群と比し有意に予後不良であった。淡明細胞型原発巣・転移巣ともに、AXL/GAS6 score上昇に併せて癌代謝の関連因子も発現上昇を認めた。AXL/GAS6 scoreは臓器・サブタイプ特異的な変化を認め、肺転移・papillaryでは低く、sarcomatoid ・転座型・集合管癌では高い傾向を認めた。 The study included 193 RCC surgically treated specimens, we have derived a new scoring system as named the AXL/GAS6 score. High AXL/GAS6 score was one of the independent risk factor of overall mortality. Lung metastases and papillary RCC exhibited low AXL/GAS6 score, whereas metastases in the bone and sarcomatoid components tended to have higher AXL/GAS6 score than primary ccRCC.
