Adipose-derived stem cells (ADSCs) were investigated for regeneration of bone and soft tissue defect after tumor excision. Bone defect model in rat histologically proved better osteogenesis in ADSCs grafted model than in control model. MDM2 was focused for the differences of stem cell differentiation potential. Liposarcoma which has higher amplification of MDM2 showed higher differentiation potential to mesenchymal cells than regular adipose cells.
