• 一般注記: 出版タイプ： AM; 金沢大学人間社会研究域学校教育系; 本研究は、1970年代の重症心身障害児施設において医療・福祉実践を教育実践として組み替え、重症児の就学・修学行為が成立する過程を通じて、1979年の養護学校義務教育の実施とその歴史的構造を明らかにすることを目的とした。京都府亀岡市の民間重症児施設「花の木学園」内に開設された亀岡小中学校「みのり学級」の実践は、医療や福祉が教育との接点をもち、教育の論理をくぐることで、重症児の生存と生活の保障を亢進させる可能性を提示した。社会的排除を複合的に受けてきた重症児にとって、生存保障のための要求の集約点として「学校」があり、教育、医療、福祉の結節点として「養護学校」という教育形態が要求された。; The purpose of this study was to clarify the historical structure of enactment of the school education act to special schools through examining reconstruction of medical care and welfare activities as educational practice, establishment of school attendant for students with severe motor and intellectual disabilities at institutions for people with severe motor and intellectual disabilities in 1970’s.”MInori-Gakkyu” was special classes of Kameoka elementary school and junior high school established in institutions for people with severe disabilities ”Hananoki-Gakuen” at Kameoka city in Kyoto.The educational practices of Minori-Gakkyu indicated the possibility of enhance life security for students with severe motor and intellectual disabilities by contacting with medical and welfare, pedagogical examine.Special school system was demanded as the most suitable system for integrating several needs for life security, and connecting with education, medical, welfare.; 研究課題/領域番号:25780542, 研究期間(年度):2013-04-01 – 2016-03-31
