一般注記: In this study, we aimed for creating a repository of materials under investigation and opening to the public at an early stage in the process of researching non-Bibliographic materials. To achieve this purpose, we proposed a "opening to the public by one after another" type operation model as a method for registering non-Bibliographic materials at an early stage in the research process. And we demonstrated the model using unorganized non-Bibliographic materials, we realized a roadmap for the early release of the data through opening to the public of the data one after another.Initially, the proposed model was limited in the scope to inputs at the point of data generation during the survey process. However, with the progress of this research, we considered possible to apply any situation not limited to inputs at the point of data generation. The verification in multiple fields for the actual operation of the model will be taken over by subsequent Grants-in-Aid for Scientific Research.
本研究では，非文献資料の調査過程において，調査途上の資料を早期にリポジトリ化し，公開することを目的とした．その実現のために，非文献資料を調査途上の早期の段階で登録するための手法として「逐次公開」型運用モデルを提案した．そして，未整理／整理途上の非文献資料を対象に実証を行い，逐次公開による早期公開への道筋を立てることができた．提案した「逐次公開」型運用モデルは，当初は，調査過程での発生源入力という限定された範囲のものであった．しかし，当研究の進捗により，全ての整理途上の資料へ拡大することが可能と考えられ，その実運用に向けた複数分野での検証は，後続の科研費に継承した．
