• 要約等: Management of organization is one of the most important elements for team sports, and concerning to members morale, team morale, and performance. In sports management science area, it is expected that organizational function of the athletic teams would be defined and clarified to attain their objective. The purpose of the study was to identify organizational function and management in the college baseball team. This study employed a specially designed questionnaire which were consisted of demographics, skill level, object (team and individual), moral and organizational function. Adequate statistical procedure such as factor analysis and multiple regression were applied. The following results were obtained : 1. There were identified that original 7 factors for organizational function in the college baseball team. 2. Some effective management points were suggested according to small groups and member's satisfaction.
