• 一般注記: 出版タイプ： NA; 配管ベローズ継手に関する日米専門家会議が、平成元年7月31日から8月2日にかけて米国カリフォルニア州サンホゼのGENEにおいて開催された。本会議は、日米プラント経験W/Gの中でのベローズ開発に関するタスクについての共同提案の合意に基づくもので、今回をもってベローズに関する日米のタスク協力は終了した。 本会議の狙いは、双方の研究開発成果の討議を通して、高速炉用配管ベローズ継手の解析に基づく設計基準確立の見通しについて技術的コンセンサスを得ることにあった。 議論の結果、ベローズ継手開発に対するスタンスについて相互の理解が深まるとともに、技術的な共通点、相違点が具体的に明らかとなった。基本的には、高速炉主冷却系配管への適用を前提としたベローズ継手の技術的成立性は十分であるという点では合意が得られた。また、実際的な解析に基づく設計基準を確立するうえで、事業団で開発して来たベローズに関する各種の強度評価手法がその基盤として有望であるとの見解がDOE側からも打ち出された。; PNC/DOE Specialists' Meeting on Flexible Piping Bellows was held during the period of July 31-August 2, 1989 at the General Electric Nuclear Energy of San Jose in California, according to the agreement in the frame work of PNC/DOE Plant Experience Working Group. This was the closing meeting of PNC/DOE collaboration on flexible piping bellows for LMFBR. The aim of this meeting is to obtain the consensus concerning the perspective of establishment of the design rules for LMFBR flexible piping bellows based on analysis through the discussion on the research and development results of both sides. Through this meeting, mutual understanding of the stance of each side on the bellows R\&D was encouraged and the technically common points and the defferences ware clarified. Basically, it was agreed that the application of piping bellows to LMFBR main coolant piping systems was feasible based on the current art. Concerning the various evaluation methods for bellows strengths which had been developed by PNC, it was admitted that they were promising as the basis to establish the practical design rules based on analysis.
