一般注記This paper is concerned with the problem of estimation of unknown parameters in a constant coefficient linear system using the inverse sensitivity method.There are several parameter estimation methods, which can be classified into the Output Error Method(O.E.M.) and the Equation Error Method (E.E.M.). The inverse sensitivity method which belongs to the O.E.M. has a basic advantage in that it can provide information on the accuracy of the estimated values. However, the algorithm for the estimation has not as yet been established, nor has the practical usefulness of the method been made clear. The intent of the present study is to establish the algorithm and to demonstrate the effectiveness of the inverse sensitivity method by investigating parameter convergence properties, the effects of initial estimation and the integrating time(data length), compared with the conventional modified Newton-Raphson method. Also a modified version of the inverse sensitivity method is proposed which remarkably improves the parameter convergence regardless of the accuracy of the initial estimation. A simple numerical example is given to demonstrate the feasibility of the proposed method.
