- type:textA teacher's guidance has a great affect on the children who are developing in mind and body. Therefore it is necessary to prevent teachers with insufficient ability from being involved in the guidance of children. The study is focused on effective teaching strategies for non-formal education development by the application of elementary education in Japan. Based on qualitative approach, the author mainly emphasis on classroom observation as well. The Ministry of Education, Culture, Sports, Science and Technology (MEXT) of Japan always tries to improve the quality of teachers. From the research it was revealed that the teachers followed more than one strategy in the classroom based on the content and for the understanding of the student. Besides, elementary school's classrooms are technologically well decorated but the teachers were using simple materials instead of IT materials. Moreover the teaching strategy depends on the demand of the class and the needs of the children. They always think for different strategies which are really helpful for the students.Findings of the study lead to some recommendation, which would provide guidelines to futureresearches who are engaged in this field.心と体が成長している子ども達にとって先生の教育は大きな影響を及ぼす。それゆえに子ども達の教育において能力が十分でない先生が関わる事は避けなければならない。この研究は日本の小学校教育に適合する非公式教育の発展の為の効果的な教育方針に焦点をあてる。効果的なアプローチに基づいて、筆者は主に教室観察にもまた焦点をおく。日本の文部科学省は常に先生の質をあげようとしている。研究によって、内容を生徒が理解するために一つの授業で複数の方法を教師がとっていることが明らかになっている。さらに、小学校の教室は教育的に効果的な掲示物で飾られ、教師達はIT 教材を使わずにシンプルな教材を使っているのである。さらに、教育方針は学級の需要や子ども達の必要に応じて変わる。教師は常に子ども達に本当に役に立つ様々な方針を考えている。これまでの研究によって明らかにされたことが、教師にその場で何をすることがふさわしいかのガイドラインを提供している。
