一般注記In this study, the organic thin-film solar cells prepared by different fullerene derivatives prepared suggest next points. In p type semiconductor of large band gap occur a high open-circuit voltage. The difference between HOMO as p semiconductor and LUMO as n semiconductor is related closely to the open-circuit voltage. Next, the effects of the short-circuit currents of different fullerene derivative were observed. PC71BM showed a high short-circuit current than PC6IBM. This indicates that the absorption wave length area of PC71BM is broader than the PC60BM. It is important to combine from the above-mentioned point with other p type semiconductors because PC71BM is excellent in respect of the short-circuit current improvement and to aim at a further efficiency gain.
