資料の内容に関する注記As populations around the world age, increasing efforts are required from families and governments to secure care and support for older and disabled people. Furthermore, both women and men are expected to work later into life. Taken together, these two facts have made the relationship between work and care a burning issue for social and employment policy as well as for those working toward economic sustainability. Emphasizing the lessons that can be learned from individual experiences, this book widens current debates on these topics, bringing the experiences of individuals who support older, disabled, or chronically ill partners, relatives, or children to the discussion table.
