並列タイトル等太陽光発電における再生可能エネルギー政策の影響分析--中国、ドイツ、日本、米国の比較
一般注記This paper provides a quantitative assessment of the performance of PV energy policies on PV market development and technological innovation in four PV leading countries, China, Germany, Japan, and the United States of America. The implementation performance of different support policies on PV market growth and PV product cost reduction were examined through a technological learning approach. Following that, residential PV systems and large-scale PV plants in four countries were modeled in the context of current policies. After that, based on the results of the technological learning analysis and techno-economic analysis, the technical and economic performance of PV energy in the four countries was compared. Finally, detailed policy implication was provided in the context of PV energy development in four countries.
