並列タイトル等ジルコニアの表面粗さが静止摩擦係数およびテレスコープクラウンの維持力に及ぼす影響
一般注記We attempted to clarify the coefficient of static friction of two types of zirconia with different surface roughness when used for telescopic crowns. In addition, we examined the effect on retention that alumina blasting had on the primary and secondary crowns. The two surface roughnesses were smooth and rough. Two types of zirconia were used, Y-TZP and Ce-TZP/A. The coefficient of static friction for Y-TZP when both surfaces were smooth was 0.18. The coefficient for Ce-TZP/A when both surfaces were smooth was 0.17. The coefficient of static friction for Y-TZP when one surface was smooth and the other rough, was 0.18. The coefficient for Ce-TZP/A when one surface was smooth and the other rough, was 0.17. The coefficient of static friction for Y-TZP when both surfaces were rough was 0.31, while this valve for Ce-TZP/A was 0.38. We found that the retentive force of telescopic Ce-TZP/A crowns was increased by alumina blasting on the primary and secondary crowns.
