• 一般注記: To clarify the effects of orthognathic surgery and mandibular setback on morphological changes in the airway, we assessed the safety of this operation and the methods by which stable treatment results can be obtained and displacement can be determined. Airway width before and after surgery was measured and evaluated using cephalometric radiographs of patients without functional problems post-surgery. The results suggested that there was long-term stability in the orthognathic surgery patients. No patients were found with functional abnormality changes. This study demonstrated safe displacement that did not trigger major morphological changes or functional disorders in the jawbone or soft tissue post-surgery.; 2019年度; 機関リポジトリ記載の権利情報: CC BY-NC-ND
