並列タイトル等ジブロック共重合体とトリブロック共重合体から構成される粘着剤層の構造と物性に与える塗工プロセス条件の影響に関する研究

I have revealed the effects of coating process conditions on structures and properties of pressure-sensitive adhesive layers composed of di- and tri-block copolymers forming spherical microdomains. Two different types of the coating process have been examined; the solution coating (by solvent evaporation from solutions) and the hot-melt coating (by solidification from melt). Although the latter solvent-free process is much preferred, the coated layer by this method has poorer mechanical properties. Since it is important to understand the structure-property relationship to improve their mechanical properties, I have conducted precise structural analyses by two-dimensional small-angle X-ray scattering measurements and by atomic force microscopy observations.
