- 呉継志著、薩摩府学蔵版。天保8（1837）年刊。薩摩・トカラ・琉球に自生する植物160種について、図版と植生を中国の本草学者に示し、学名や利用方法、効能などを尋ねたものである。内篇には内服薬、外篇には外用薬として用いる植物を収録する。附録は移植ができない22種を紹介するものである。詳しい内容と解説は『訳注質問本草』（榕樹書林、2002年）を参照されたい。(2015年8月3日更新)Written by Wu Jizhi (Jpn., Go Keishi). This edition was once owned by Satsuma Fugaku (Satsuma College). Published in 1837. The book describes the scientific names, the way of use, and the medicinal effects of 160 species of plants grown in Satsuma, the Tokara Islands, and the Ryukyus, based on the information given by a Chinese herbal medicine scholar, who was provided the drawings and biological information of these plants. The first part is about plants used for oral medicine, the second part is about plants used for topical medicine, and the supplement is about 22 epidemic species which were not transplantable at that time.
