本研究では悪臭問題となりやすい豚を対象とし，実規模を想定した堆肥化での含水率の違いと季節の違いによる臭気発生への影響について調査するとともに，臭気発生を抑制する目的で切り返し後に戻し堆肥を被覆した場合の臭気発生抑制効果を検討した。また，堆肥化過程で発生する臭気の拡散状況下での捕集可能距離を検討した。...
