干潟カゴ養殖は，高品質のカキを生産する養殖手法である。本研究では，有明海佐賀県干潟における本技術の導入を目的として，天然種苗の採苗時期と，種苗の種組成およびそれらを用いた干潟カゴ養殖試験を行った。その結果，2019，2020年ともに稚カキの付着が20℃以上で初認され，25℃付近で増加した。またPCR...
