これまで海底におけるハモの巣穴行動についての報告事例はない。水中テレビロボットにより，2003年3月に紀伊水道外域徳島県沖の水深83mの海底で2個体のハモ科魚類を昼間に観察した。これらの画像は室内の飼育試験で撮影された巣穴内のハモの画像と酷似したことからハモと判断した。2個体は泥砂底に形成した巣穴か...
