• Summary, etc.: 多糖類(おもにジャガイモ・デンプン)を用いてl-メントールの包接を行ない,次のような結果をえた. (1)乾燥多糖類をメントールのメタノール溶液に浸漬し,母液ごと乾燥することにより,メントールをもっとも効率よく包接することができた.メントールの溶媒として,メタノール以外のものでは包接は行われなかった....
