近交系スナネズミの腹臭腺を4, 5, 10および20週齢の雌雄について, 肉眼的および組織学的に観察した。腹臭腺は雌雄ともに4週齢では約半数に, 5週齢以上では全例に観察された。成熟雄の腹臭腺の重量は雌の約3倍あり, 腺体は小空胞をもった大型の腺細胞からなる皮脂腺様の構造を示し, さらに細胞質にはエ...
