正期産の産婦264名、および切迫早産の妊婦に陣痛が発来して早産した32名を対象に、陣痛発来と気象や環境サイクルとの関連を正期産、早産各々について検討した。結果、正期産の場合、概日リズムや潮汐サイクルなどの影響が認められ、正期産の時期にある胎児には、体内時計の機構が働いている事が考えられた。一方、早産...
