鹿児島県農業試験場園芸部で2001年に育成したニガウリの新品種‘か交5号’は，1999年に交雑組合せ検定を行った系統の中から選抜した，果実の形状の優れる‘か系2号’を種子親に，早生で節成性の強い‘吉田系’を花粉親に用いたF1品種である。‘か交5号は’，草勢がやや強く，開花が早い。節成性は比較的強く，...
