- １冊２４ｃｍ「勝南郡塩湯郷湯郷村之記」・「塩湯郷地頭職掟写」・「湯郷薬師縁起」・「美作国勝南郡塩湯郷御湯の記」の写本を綴じて１冊にまとめたもの。「勝南郡塩湯郷（しおゆのごう）湯郷（ゆのごう）村之記」は、「東作誌」所収の「塩湯郷湯郷村之記」と同文。湯郷村（現美作町湯郷）の明細のほか、後に収録される、薬師堂の「縁起」・「塩湯郷地頭職掟写」・「塩湯郷地頭職掟条々」を含む。巻末に「如月楼蔵」と所有者の名前が見える。「塩湯郷地頭職掟写」は、「塩湯郷地頭職掟条々」や永享１０年（１４３８）に塩湯郷の領主後藤良貞が制定した「後藤豊前入道良貞掟」など塩湯郷に関係する資料を写したもの。（文責：岡山県立図書館）
